| The Rhythmic
Elite Centre started in 1990 as a branch of Kalev, but in 1994
the Centre got its own gym in Thornhill and became an independent
club. With the opening of the new centre the gymnasts got their
own, fully carpeted gym with ballet bars and mirrors, dressing
room, meeting room, office and other facilities.
The Elite groups perform extensively
in Toronto and travel to many national and international gymnaestradas
and other events, including one of the AGG World Championships
(Tallinn 2001).
