The Kanata Rhythmic Sportive Gymnastic Club is a volunteer-based, non-profit organization, a member in good standing of Gymnastics Ontario (GO).

Head Coach Dasa Lelli founded the club in 1975 as a recreational program offered to children of the City of Ottawa. The club has since expanded to include competitive levels: Provincial and InterClub, both in RG and AGG. In the Provincial stream are five levels: children ages 8-10, Pre-Novice ages 10-12, Novice ages 12-14, Junior ages 14-16 and Senior ages 16 and up.

There are also five levels of InterClub programs: Level 1 ages 8-10, Level 2 ages 11-13, Level 3 ages 14-16, Level 4 age 16 and up. Plus a group of adults aged 30 and older. There are six teams: Charisma, Charms, Rising Stars, Energy, Sensations and Mystique.

The KRSG teams have been eminently successful and won numerous medals at various competitions as well as many awards at the "Red Ribbon" events: the Most Graceful Group, Most Creative Routine, Most Synchronized Group, Most Spirited Team, Most United Team and Most Competitors and the Maija Ceming Trophy for highest overall score.
